THE NATURE OF THE PRACTICE 

The Practice is a ‘Trust Account Practice’ established under section 34(2) (b) of the Legal Practice Act and will be receiving direct instruction from the members of the public within the confines of the prescript of the Act.

AREAS OF INTEREST TO THE PRACTICE 

  • Advise and assist small to medium enterprises to comply with legislation impacting on the operation of their businesses such as Companies Act, Corporate Governance issues, Basic Conditions of Employment, Employment Equity legislation and Labour Relations Act among others.
  • Advise and draft variety of commercial agreements.
  • Handle commercial, construction and related disputes.
  • Civil litigation in general including but not limited to contractual and delictual claims.
  • Administrative disputes
  • Legal opinion.
  • Property disputes and drafting of short and long term lease agreements.
  • CCMA matters relating to unfair dismissals, unfair labour practice and retrenchments.
